The Springfield Lil Tigers are a member of the Eastern Ohio Youth Football League (EOYFL), which is recognized as the premier youth football and cheerleading league in the region, encompassing teams from Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull, and Jefferson counties. The core mission of the Springfield Lil Tigers Youth Football and Cheerleading program is to instill essential values such as teamwork, honesty, good sportsmanship, character, and commitment among the youth in our community. In pursuit of this mission, the program is dedicated to providing supervised and organized athletic events that allow children to learn and grow in a supportive environment. The program’s effectiveness hinges on the positive examples set by dedicated adult leaders, coaches, and parents, who play a vital role in shaping the experience of these young participants. Through sports, we aim not only to build athletic abilities but also to contribute to the overall development of well-rounded individuals who will carry these values into their future endeavors.
